Return Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back undamaged in its original packaging within sixty days of the product purchase. Please note that we will not refund freight costs unless the return is a result of our error (incorrect consignment or the goods were obviously faulty when consigned).

When you are ready to ship the return, please include the packing slip and/or a note with:

Reason for return

Prints are insured when in transit, and so if you find them damaged upon receipt, please advise us by email and arrangements will be made to recover costs and to replace the item.
